Before proceeding with your order, please review the following terms and conditions.
1. Commission Requests
I reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason if I am uncomfortable executing them.2. Usage Rights
▹Personal Use: All commissions are for personal use only. This includes profile pictures, gifts, social media posts, and personal prints.
▹Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., resale, promotional activities), please contact me for a revised quotation. Different rates apply for commercial use.3. Artwork Posting
I retain the right to showcase the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts and portfolio. If you prefer to keep the artwork private, please inform me in advance.4. Payment Terms
▹Deposit or Full Payment: You may choose to pay the total fee upfront or provide a deposit of 50% to commence work. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the final delivery of the artwork. If full payment is made upfront, no additional payment is required.
▹Accepted Methods: Payments can be made through PayPal, Stripe, WISE transfer, SGD bank transfer, PayNow, or PayLah!.5. Local Payment
▹Prices quoted in SGD apply exclusively to local payment methods (PayNow / PayLah!).6. Refund Policy
▹Before Initial Design: Cancellations made before the initial design process will receive a full refund.
▹During Design Process (20% - 50%): Cancellations at any point from 20% to 50% progress will receive a refund of the remaining amount.
▹After 50% Progress: Cancellations after 50% progress will not be eligible for a refund.7. Completion Timeframe
▹The commission process generally takes 2 to 4 weeks but may be subject to delays due to my unpredictable schedule and fluctuating availability. If you have a specific deadline, please inform me in advance.8. Revisions
▹Initial Revisions: Revisions are allowed based on initial sketches.
▹Post-Progress Revisions: No revisions will be made after the 70% progress mark. Additional revisions beyond this point will incur a fee of $5 per revision.9. Credit and Watermark
▹Please provide full credit and retain my watermark when posting the artwork online. A watermark-free version can be provided upon request.10. File Specifications
▹All illustrations are delivered in 300 DPI, A4 size, and PNG format by default unless otherwise specified. Final pieces will be shared via Google Drive.11. NFT & AI Usage

▹Upon agreement, full payment must be received before I begin the commission. If you do not receive a payment confirmation, a screenshot of the payment may be requested as proof.4.Progress Updates
▹I will provide updates on the progress of your commission at key stages:
▹20%: Initial sketch or starting period
▹50% - 70%: Mid-progress review
▹This allows you to review the work and request any changes as needed.5.Completion and Delivery
