TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
▹Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason (e.g., complexity, subject matter, or personal comfort).
▹Communication: All official communication regarding commissions should be conducted via [Email/Preferred DM].
▹Age Verification: Clients must be 18+ to commission and view NSFW artwork. By proceeding, you confirm you are of legal age.2. Payment & Pricing
▹Currency: Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. SGD rates apply exclusively to local payment methods (PayNow/PayLah!).
▹Payment Structure: Work begins only after 50% deposit or full payment is received.
▹Final Delivery: If a deposit was paid, the final high-resolution file will only be sent after the remaining 50% balance is cleared.
▹Methods: Stripe, WISE, SGD Bank Transfer, PayNow/PayLah!.3. Revisions & Workflow
▹Process: I provide updates at the Sketch (20%) and Color/Render (50-70%) stages.
▹Included Revisions: You are entitled to 3 rounds of minor revisions during the sketch phase.
▹Paid Revisions: Any revisions requested after the 70% progress mark, or changes that require reworking the base structure, will incur a fee of $5+ per change.
▹Finality: Once the final file is delivered, no further revisions will be made unless there was an error on my part.4. Usage Rights
▹Personal Use: You receive a non-exclusive license for personal use (e.g., social media icons, personal prints, wallpaper, gifting).
▹Commercial Use: Commercial rights (resale, merchandise, Twitch/YouTube branding, etc.) are not included in standard rates. Please contact me for a commercial quote.
▹Credit: Credit must be given to Zee Fish / @zeefish.art (Instagram) when the artwork is posted. You may not remove or obscure my watermark.
▹Prohibited Use: Use of my artwork for NFTs, Blockchain, or AI training/generation is strictly prohibited.5. Cancellation & Refunds
▹Full Refund: Only applicable if I have not started the initial design/sketch.
▹Partial Refund:
→Canceled during Sketch (under 50%): 50% refund.
→Canceled after 50% progress: No refund.
▹Artist Cancellation: If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued regardless of progress.6. Delivery & Timeline
▹Turnaround Time: Average completion is 2 to 4 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
▹Deadlines: If you have a hard deadline (e.g., a birthday), it must be disclosed and agreed upon before payment. Rush fees may apply.
▹Format: Digital delivery via Google Drive. Standard: 300 DPI, A4 size, PNG.7. Privacy & Promotion
▹I retain the right to post the artwork, WIPs, and process videos to my social media and portfolio.
▹Privacy Fee/Request: If you wish for the commission to remain private (e.g., a surprise gift or unannounced project), please inform me during the request phase.
